Liquid Level Indicator Instruction
一.Product Function
During the working process of the flooded lead-acid battery, the internal liquid will be slowly lost and the battery will be in a state of lack of liquid. If the lack of liquid is serious and the liquid level is lower than the lead plate, it will have an irreversible and vicious impact on the service life of the battery. And it is very important to replenish the battery.
This product has the function of warning the water shortage status of the rich-liquid lead-acid battery, which can help users to get the information of battery water shortage in time and remind users to add water to the battery in time (only distilled water or deionized water can be added) to ensure the normal use of the battery and extend the battery use life.

四.Installation Instruction
1.Before installation, make sure that the two parts of “liquid level indicator body” and “induction injection valve” are complete and the wiring is normal
2.Take out the water injection valve of the battery cell where the positive pole of the lead-acid battery pack is located, and make the water outlet empty
3.Install the induction injection valve into the empty water port (make sure that the induction rod does not touch the lead grid in the battery during installation).
4.Tear off the adhesive on the main body of the liquid level indicator and stick it to the eye-catching place of the battery box(Note that before posting, make sure that the posting site is clean and not easily scratched to prevent accidental fall off)
5.Connect the power cord of the level indicator to the battery pack, connect the red wire to the positive pole, and the black wire to the negative pole(Pay attention to the battery polarity, make sure that steps ①② have been completed before connecting to the power supply)
6.The power indicator light is on (green light), indicating that the line connection is normal and the device is working normally.
五.Using Instruction
1.The water shortage warning light flashes (red light) and the buzzer sounds, it warns the battery level is in a water shortage state, please replenish water in time.
2.If you only need the warning light function, turning off the buzzer switch button. When water is shortage, the warning light flashes (red light) and the buzzer does not sound.
六.Cautions
1.If the buzzer does not sound,when water is in shortage, it may be that the buzzer has been turned off, press the buzzer switch to turn on the buzzer to warn
2.The sensor rod should not touch the lead grid inside the battery. If the sensor rod is too long, please replace it with another model.
3.Please make sure that the induction injection valve is installed before connecting to the power.
4.When the battery is working, the indicator may give intermittent warnings due to the shaking of the liquid level. The warning ends after the battery is stationary. At this time, the battery liquid level is at a low level and can be directly treated as a water shortage. At this time, if the buzzer noise has a greater impact on the operator , The buzzer can be turned off separately
